A rosemary and garlic seasoning blend for roast potatoes.
Garlic Powder (23%), Durum Wheat Semolina, Maize Starch, Onion Powder, Dried Rosemary (8%), Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Roasted Garlic, Ground Rosemary.
For allergens, including Cereals containing Gluten, see ingredients in bold.
May also contain Celery, Milk, Mustard and Soya.
Limited Edition.
Low in Fat and Sugar.
Store in a cool dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
Ingredients
1 x 60g sachet seasoning
1.8kg Potatoes, peeled and chopped
Vegetable oil
Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C Fan, 220°C Electric, Gas mark 7.
2. Par boil potatoes for 10-15 mins until just tender.
3. Drain potatoes, tossing gently in a colander to fluff up edges.
4. Put potatoes in a bowl, drizzle over 2 dessert spoons of oil and then sprinkle contents of sachet. Mix to coat evenly.
5. Spread seasoned potatoes onto a well-oiled large flat baking tray, roast for 30 mins, turning regularly until potatoes are
golden brown, crispy and tender.
