Lemon and black pepper seasoning blend.
Maize Starch, Dried Glucose Syrup, Black Pepper (8%), Dried Herbs (6%) (Oregano, Basil), Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Concentrated Lemon Juice Powder (4%), Flavouring, Acid (Citric Acid), Salt, Ground Turmeric, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Ground White Pepper.
May contain Celery, Milk, Mustard, Soya and Wheat.
No added preservatives.
Suitable for Vegetarians.
Store in a cool dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
Create the Ultimate Roast:
1 Mix contents of sachet with 30ml of vegetable oil.
2 Pierce the chicken with a knife and generously coat with the marinade.
3 180°C Fan. Loosely cover with foil, remove foil approx. 10 minutes before the end of cook to allow skin to crisp.
Directions of Use: Recommended cooking time for chicken: 45 mins per kg, plus an additional 20 mins. Ensure chicken is thoroughly cooked, and juices run clear.
