Potato Starch, Palm Fat, Maltodextrin, Dried Glucose Syrup, Milk Powder, Maize Starch, Palm Oil, Salt, Sugar, Flavourings (contain Barley, Milk and Wheat), Onion Powder, Roasted Barley Malt Extract, Ground White Pepper, Ground Black Pepper, Emulsifiers (Soya Lecithin, Citric Acid Esters of Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Milk Proteins, Stabilisers (Dipotassium Phosphate, Sodium Polyphosphate), Garlic Powder, Rosemary Extract.

Store in a cool dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
For 4-6 servings:
1 Put 4 level tablespoons (43g) in a measuring jug.
2 Add boiling water up to the 250ml mark.
3 Stir vigorously until it thickens – and that’s it: so simple!
For a richer, creamier sauce use 250ml of boiling milk instead of water.
Great for steak and pork chops.
